Raeon R. Roulston

Raeon R. Roulston is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the State of California. His practice is dedicated exclusively to representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy, stopping predatory and abusive consumer lending practices, and protecting consumers from illegal debt collection activity.


Raeon is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, in addition to the Northern, Eastern, and Central federal district courts in the State. He is also admitted to the bar of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. Raeon was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and resides in San Jose, California.


Raeon is a 2007 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, California, and a 2003 graduate magna cum laude of Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, with a degree in Computer Science. He is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, National Association of Consumer

Raeon has given a number of lectures to consumers and professional groups on consumer law issues, including Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, Silicon Valley Pro Bono Project in San Jose, and the Veterans’ Administration in Menlo Park, California. Raeon routinely represents the firm at debtors’ rights and consumer bankruptcy clinics at various non-profit organizations between 2 and 4 times per month.



In 2013, Raeon was one of two recipients of the Attorney of the Year award by the Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto non-profit. He is the firm’s primary trial counsel on collection defense, bankruptcy adversary, and FDCPA matters, and has tried most of the cases the firm has taken to trial in the past 9 years. Raeon has assisted numerous consumers in both chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies, and been involved in many consumer cases involving a range of consumer protection laws.
