Fred W. Schwinn is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the States of California and Kansas. Fred is the founder, owner, and managing attorney of Consumer Law Center, Inc.

Raeon R. Roulston is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the State of California. His practice is dedicated exclusively to representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy, stopping predatory and abusive consumer lending practices, and protecting consumers from illegal debt collection activity.

Matthew C. Salmonsen graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in May of 2009. While at SCU, Matthew volunteered for the Northern California Innocence Project, which works to exonerate innocent death row inmates.

Marisol “Mari” Avalos is Consumer Law Center’s client liaison and a commissioned Notary Public. Mari has been a member of Consumer Law Center’s staff since 2013, and has a total of 18 years of law office experience.
